Bethlehem Hot-Pockets

Hot Pockets in the West Bank? No…what I had experienced was spiced chicken liver in a pita pocket dressed with potatoes and grilled tomatoes. Was it good? Well…chicken liver has a strong taste…there was some other crunchy bits in there also. I believe the proper name for this is, ‘mix-meat pita’. (Just as vague.)
That church you see in the next picture is located in Bethlehem and it is the birth (area) place of Jesus Christ. (what a satisfying name to type.)

Bethlehem market was an interesting diversion.
