A Fig Tree in Jerusalem

A fig tree in Jerusalem-sounds like a novel right? This was one of the first fruit trees I had the pleasure of tasting in Israel. I have since returned to Jerusalem, after some 2 months of exploring the land of Canaan.  I have returned to the same spot near Habad Street to take a gander and another taste of the inspirational fig.
As I exited the Armenia quarter today, I was greeted, as per usual, by these ancient and romantic stone walls of yore.
